This is Finn:
Thinker.
Silly face maker.
Ponytail wearer.
What? You can’t see it. Here’s another view:
He requests this hairdo about once a week.
His father cringes every time, not because he has ponytail per say. It’s all in the way Finn asks for this do.
“Can you fix me a ponytail…like Audrie.”
It’s then that we respond, “How about a ponytail like a pirate or a samurai, or,um, uh a cowboy?” Anything manly and tough will suffice.
So Crouching Tiger Finn emerges.
He plays.
And when he’s finished…
just like that…
the ponytail goes away.
And then, several days later, he asks for another ponytail.

I love hearing from you all, so comment away! I will do my best to respond, but if I haven't, it's probably because I'm teaching my kids, or am knee deep in paint, or have lost my mind.
