[And just so you know, we didn't wait until February to finally rake up our leaves...I'm just way behind on blogging.]
What better way to rid your yard of those fall leaves than to send your kids on a leaf hunt for a craft project.
Here’s what you need:
- leaves of all shapes, sizes and colors
- glue
- construction paper
- markers
- stickers
- googly eyes
Step 1: Go on a leaf hunt and gather all kinds of leaves for the project.
Step 2: Spread all your leaves on the table and decide what kind of creatures you can make with the different shapes.
Step 3: Start gluing your leaves on construction paper.
Step 4: Embellish your creatures with eyes [drawn or googly] and stickers.
Step 5: Enjoy the beautiful colors of autumn in your house.
Happy Crafting!
